Boston Medical Center Health System

I lead video and photo production for Boston Medical Center Health System, including our in-house producers, freelancers, and agency partners. I partner with leadership to bring next-level quality and visibility to our campaigns, while upgrading brand assets and creative processes.

Our work reaches millions through traditional and digital channels, supporting a wide array of initiatives from patient acquisition and community engagement to recruiting and philanthropic development. Below are some recent highlights.

With our patient’s passion and gratitude, our doctor’s enthusiasm, and the talent of our crew, we were able to deliver a premium asset to promote a key area our newly acquired hospital.

EQTY: A Summit For Health Justice

Our Health Equity Accelerator hosted its inaugural summit to connect healthcare providers and thought leaders on a diverse range of topics. The Creative Team was responsible for developing new branding and design for the event as well as mini-documentaries to kickoff several panel discussions.

Summit recap with call-to-action for 2024.

Mini Documentaries

We produced mini-documentaries to kickoff panel discussions for several health equity topics.

As the first big project for our brand new video production team, I coached them through the process from kickoff through delivery, and provided managerial cover while they worked hands-on with the planning, shooting, and editing.

Together For Hope: Boston Addiction Conference

The Grayken Center for Addiction hosted the first conference for addiction in Boston with the goal to bring healthcare providers, advocates, and people with living experience of Substance Use Disorder together to share experiences and insights on various topics related to Substance User Disorder. The Creative Team was responsible for developing new branding and design for the event as well as a video to set the stage for each of the four segments of the conference.

I developed and pitched the concept, format, and look of the videos, as well as guiding the post-production while the team spearheaded the hands-on filming, editing, and graphics.

Brand Photo Library

The pandemic had stifled the flow of imagery into our brand library. The demand for new images was dialed up even further by an ambitious new projects including refreshed branding and a website overhaul. I was responsible for hiring and directing a new in-house production team as well as freelance resources. In the course of one year, we tackled more than 70 shooting days, adding over 5,000 images to our library.

The new photography has powered marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, as well as brand touchpoints.
